We are pleased to share news of our inaugural three-year Regional Scholarship, designed to assist students from regional South Australian or bordering towns with tertiary studies in commerce/accounting related fields.

This annual scholarship will provide $15,000 in financial support across three years to help a regional student complete their first undergraduate South Australian university degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

With one-third of William Buck’s Adelaide partners from country South Australia and a large proportion of our clients based in regional SA, the Regional Scholarship is one of the ways we can give back to the communities that have supported us. It also allows us to directly assist individuals that have an interest in the finance sector, while demonstrating William Buck’s commitment to supporting the sustainability of Australia’s accounting industry

The William Buck Regional Scholarship provides:

• Financial Support: The scholarship provides $15,000, distributed as $5,000 per year over three years, to support the completion of an eligible Commerce/Accounting degree.
• Professional Experience: The successful candidate will receive four weeks of paid work experience at William Buck Adelaide in their second year.
• Mentorship: A dedicated William Buck graduate mentor will be available for guidance and support throughout the scholarship.
• Career Opportunities: Potential for employment with William Buck Adelaide upon graduation, based on performance and suitability.
